Who Knew Perfectionism Could Be a Good Thing?
I’m really good at pointing out mistakes.
Admittedly, that sometimes makes me annoying to be around. But when it comes to making sure your written work is absolutely perfect, I consider it a gift.
I’m a writer myself, so I understand the need to get a second pair of eyes on written (or, these days, typed) words. Because when you’ve read and reread your own stuff so many times your vision blurs, it’s time to let someone else take a look.
After all, even we perfectionists are only human.
“When I needed a thorough proofread of my website copy, Dawn provided exemplary service. She was thorough and professional, providing me with notes about where typos or formatting needed to be fixed. I appreciated her clear, thoughtful corrections and suggestions. It just goes to show, when you look at your writing for too long, the typos and mistakes become invisible. I’m thankful for Dawn’s keen eye and well-developed proofreading skills! She’s ensured my website copy is as free from error as it could be.”
